Architectural Design

Interior Design

We believe that architecture should provide a seamless experience, from outside to inside. The starting point is to gain an understanding of a client’s needs and the way in which a room, or sequence of spaces will be used. The quality of light, the choice of materials, the use of color, and the selection of furnishings and works of art are coordinated as part of the overall scheme.

Urban Planning

The Urban Design team applies a holistic approach to the study of the city, exploring patterns of behavior, demographics and the hidden systems that influence the built environment, from the property market to underground infrastructure. The team draws on an extensive body of data to inform the design process.

Landscape Design

Landscaping at Arabian Developers involves the design of landscapes at a variety of scales—from large, multi-functional sites to small, intimate spaces. Innovative research into materials, lifestyles and landscape technologies coupled with a deep understanding of how people use outdoor spaces informs our unique design process.

Project Management

The Project Management group provides in-house management expertise, allowing Arabian Developers to deliver an integrated service to clients through the lifecycle of a project – from concept, through construction to completion.

Engineering

We have a strong creative team, in which structural and environmental engineers work alongside the architects from the beginning of the design process. Working alongside design teams in an open, collaborative environment, the groups strengthen the studio’s environmental agenda, capabilities and commitment to integrated design.

Arabian Developers Architectural consulting is a national office has been established in Riyadh, K.S.A in 2001 by Arch. Mohsen Bahri, as a multi-disciplinary full-service architecture and engineering consultation headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Since the beginning AD maintained a commitment to design excellence by understanding each project ‘s environmental, social and economical factors, and then appropriating innovation technologies with the objective of surpassing the clients aesthetic and performance requirements .Every project is treated as an important project giving it the firm’s personal touch ,At the early stages of any project design, a multi-disciplinary team approach is taken, custom tailoring every detail to suit the project’s necessary as well as the client’s aspirations.
The firm’s multidisciplinary approach enable the building of performance driven design system that utilize advanced computer modeling and simulation tools for the rapid synthesis and analysis of solution This approach is not about predetermining a single solution, but rather engages in the emergence of different alternatives, in which the client remains at the center of the process.
